I am an active triathlete and crossfitter and very picky when it comes to shoes. These by far are one of my favorite. Super light, perfect for transitioning from bike to run as well as lifting in the gym. I wouldn't recommend for longer races but perfect for sprints and everyday lifting in the gym. I also love the lightweight lace and the ability to put on without having to tie each time. as the back has elastic that helps to slip it on and off. I bought the black and white color and love that it goes with everything and will be purchasing a second pair in the blue color.

These shoes are super light! I love the look and the feel. The base, although it does have Asics awesome gel technology, is quite thin. I will wear these sparingly so that they last a long time!
