We know that you care how information about you is used and disclosed, and we appreciate your trust. This Privacy Policy explains how Revolve Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including, Eminent, Inc. (dba Revolve Clothing and also dba superdown), FWRD, LLC, and Alliance Apparel Group, Inc. (collectively, "we," "us" or "our") collect, use and disclose information about you when you use our websites, networks, applications, mobile applications, online services, and other services provided by us ("Services"), participate in our brand ambassador program, or otherwise interact with us.

When you create an account, place an order or request stylist appointments, we ask you for your name, email address, phone number, payment information, billing and shipping address, demographic information, and other information you choose to provide.

We collect other information you provide us. For example, when you contact our Customer Service team, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send us, and other information you may choose to provide. We may also record your calls with our Customer Service team.
Virtual Try On Information.
If you use a virtual try on feature, we collect and process data from the images you provide through our service provider yRuler, including data that could be construed as a scan of your hand or face geometry. We collect and process this data for the purposes of assisting you in virtually trying on jewelry, sharing with others the images of you virtually trying on jewelry, and deciding whether to complete a purchase. yRuler stores this data on behalf of Revolve for up to thirty (30) days after you submitted an image for this feature. After thirty (30) days, this data is destroyed, unless we or yRuler are otherwise required by law or legal process to retain the data.
Brand Ambassador Information.
When you participate in our brand ambassador program, we may collect your name, email address, demographic information (such as age or gender), educational background, social media handle or username, and other information you choose to provide. If we issue gifts or other rewards to you, we also collect your shipping address, clothing and accessory sizes, and information included in an IRS Form W8 or Form W9, including Social Security Number. If we make any payments to you as part of a more formal arrangement, you may also provide us with other information, including bank account information, to receive those payments.

We provide discounts, rewards, coupons, exclusive offers, or other benefits to customers who join our loyalty program or participate in certain promotional campaigns such as by signing up to receive our marketing emails or text messages. These offerings may constitute “financial incentives” or “bona fide loyalty programs” under certain state privacy laws (for simplicity, we refer to these offerings as financial incentives throughout this Privacy Policy). When you participate in a financial incentive, we collect relevant personal information from you, such as identifiers (like your email address or phone number) and commercial information (like your purchase preferences and interests or purchase history). We disclose this information to our marketing and advertising vendors so we can display ads that are targeted to your interests and preferences. We also may disclose your commercial information to our program partners, data brokers, and other merchants. If you request that we delete personal information that is essential to providing you with the financial incentive, we will not be able to provide you with such benefits going forward. For example, if you ask us to delete your email address, we will no longer be able to email you discounts, coupons, or other exclusive offers or benefits. In some cases, we may provide additional terms and conditions for a financial incentive, which we will provide to you when you sign up. The value of your personal information is reasonably related to the value of the offer or discount presented to you.

Canada’s Anti-Spam Law
We will only send you commercial electronic messages (“CEMs”) where we have your express or implied consent to do so. Your consent to receive CEMs is implied where we have an existing business relationship with you, or you have reached out to us and made an inquiry within a certain time frame. You may unsubscribe from receiving CEMs at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link on an email. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Transfers Out of Canada/Quebec
Your personal information may be stored, accessed, used and otherwise processed inside and outside of Quebec and/or Canada. When personal information is located outside Quebec and/or Canada, it may be subject to laws that have different standards of protection and may allow for foreign law enforcement and governmental access.
Automated Decisions and Residents of Quebec
