What an absolutely gorgeous dress! The colors are vibrant, fabric is high quality, dress is well-lined, and it is just beautiful. The smocked waist is super flattering and makes me feel - and look - skinny! Woohoo! If you are in between sizes, I recommend sizing down since there is a lot of stretch in the waist.
