I am 5'5", 107 lbs and got this dress in a size XS. It fits like the picture, except the front and back (especially) are longer on me. The material is very soft and comfortable, but a bit sheer as the previous reviewer mentioned. It is loose fitting, but works well with a waist belt. I would definitely pair this dress with more classic and clean cut items/accessories (blazers, cardigans, simple belt) to keep it from looking too punky or too much like a night gown.
