Absolutely love these jeans! Very flattering, the perfect skinny jeans - just wish they came in a cropped option. I am 5' 2" so I am going to have them hemmed.

I ordered a bunch of different jeans late this past summer and read raving reviews on this brand. I had ordered this style and another one, the Nico, and also bought a couple different jeans by grlfrnd. I own at least one piece by grlfrnd and do love that brand but ended up returning all their denim, as all but one style I had ordered were button fly only which I don't like. I read the Nico had button fly too but was really intrigued by the wash. I will say that the washes and pictures on the website don't really look like the actual denim in person. The exception would be this pair and another pinch pair in the medium grey color. I snapped up the two denim washes available in this style as well, one looked much lighter on the photos but in person they are merely a shade off. I do feel like both this style and the one by grlfrnd I had ordered that was a zipper button fly and skinny, look very similar, but prefer the detail grlfrnd has with the cute little leather patch in the back. None of the Agolde have a patch in the back and after trying them on a few times, more so the denim washes, I realized that they looked good on but they also didn't look like anything that a generic denim brand without a label in a similar style and wash would look like as well, like at target. All were on sale and sized down based on reviews, normally wear a 24, I got these in a 23 and wouldn't have gone bigger. I will try them on once more. Out of all the pinch ones, I like these the most, I liked the faded black wash, but realized I had bought a pair of r13 skinny jeans in a slightly more washed up black on fwrd a few weeks before. I kept those, so I'mnot sure if it makes sense to keep these but for the price I feel like i got them at a great deal and I'll likely keep them. I will also say that yes, they are super high waist and if that isn't your thing then don't buy, but this pair didn't feel as skinny and high as the other two denim pair I got, despite the material being the same. These seemed a bit more on the slim side, Vs skinny, especially towards the lower leg, you can even see on the model. I know that they will stretch out if worn a bit but agin I feel like for the sale price $56, they are nice quality and a good option.
