- Cleanse and exfoliate skin to remove any traces of skincare. Place mask on face and secure with the two velcro straps. Connect to the controller and select the treatment mode you desire
- Switch on the controller by pressing and holding the treatment selector ON/OFF button. The device will switch ON. The device automatically switches off after ten minutes
- You may stop the treatment at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button on the controller. Remove the mask and apply your normal skincare

I've noticed such a difference in my skin since I started using this regularly! 3x a week and my skin is more glowy, I break out less, old acne scars have really faded and I think some of the fine lines starting to show around my eyes are reducing. Really great mask and good quality!
