I agree with the other reviewer. Alterations are a must for this dress. It's exactly how it looks in the photo. The fabric is just stunning. Wore this for my birthday and it was a hit! I fluctuate between 4-6 depending on the brand. Also between small-medium. I initially purchased this in a medium but had to return because it was draping on me. Small fit but like I said I had to get it taken in. I feel like I could have even gone for an extra small. Just make sure you size down at least one size

i'm 5'5", 115lbs, 34A and i got the size small. The dress is gorgeous. I bought it for my wedding to wear as a reception dress. Beware that their is absolutely no support and the deep v puffs out (not like on the model) and I actually had to sew it up half way so i didn't flash anyone. Also, the belt did not sit high like it does on the model. I had to pin it to get it to stay in place because it's silk on silk. I highly recommend as long as you know in advance that you'll have to make alterations to it.
